FAQs ///

IS REGISTERING ONLINE THE ONLY WAY INTO THE CONFERENCE? CAN I REGISTER THE DAY OF?
Pre-registering online is the only way to guarantee your spot in this year's conference. While we will not turn away anyone wanting to come day of, they are not guaranteed a seat. Same day registration is $12.00. (slight increase the day of). PLEASE NOTE THE LAST DAY TO REGISTER ONLINE IS SEPTEMBER 27TH AT MIDNIGHT (Eastern Standard Time). So we can have headcount for activities and lunch. Thank you for your understanding!

WHAT CAN I BRING INTO THE EVENT?
Just you! We will have conference t-shirts and special shirts available to purchase for $15 before and after sessions. There will also be a chance to give a donation in any amount that will go directly toward future conferences if you choose to do so. We also would ask that no food or drink be brought into the main sanctuary, please. (We will have a free lunch in the afternoon and also will have snacks/drinks provided for you throughout the day.)

DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PAYMENT CONFIRMATION OR TICKET TO THE CONFERENCE?
While we will keep record of all pre-registered participants, it would be a good idea to have your receipt of payment/confirmation on hand just in case. You may bring it printed or simply show your emailed confirmation on your mobile device. No tickets are needed, we will find the participant in our database the day of.

HOW DO I REGISTER IF I'M A PART OF A GROUP?
Sign up normally. Each ticket is processed online individually (one at a time). This way, we are able to get important information from each student. Please fill out completely. One of the questions will ask if you are a part of a group... We will then put together all the participants that are from that particular group or organization, so when you arrive the day of the conference, it is an easy, fast check in.

If you are registering your entire group, start with the first participant then click on "SAVE & ADD ANOTHER PERSON". Continue doing this until all participants are accounted for. Please note that doing this you will have to make one payment for all your participants versus individual ones.

Youth Leaders: Please don't forget to register yourself and any youth leaders brought with you- this is important for headcount reasons. PARENTS/GUARDIANS DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER THEMSELVES SINCE THEY WILL BE DROPPING OFF/PICKING UP THEIR GIRL(S).

CAN I STILL COME EVEN IF I'M NOT A PART OF A GROUP?
Absolutely! You do not need to be a group to come to the conference. Tickets are processed online individually and we will see that you are not with a group on the questionnaire. Yes, we would still love to have you!

WHO IS ABLE TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE?
This conference is specifically geared toward 6th-12th Grade Girls and their Youth Leaders (if apply). Parents/Guardians are asked to please drop off their student at 8:30 a.m. for sign-in, and please pick-up their student at the conclusion of the conference at 5:30 p.m. We will have emergency contact information collected from each student if we need to get in touch with a parent/guardian during the day.

WHAT TIME DOES THE FIRST SESSION BEGIN?
Check-in is from 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. The first session will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. You will not want to miss the beginning of the conference- we promise you! Since we have special things planned up until the very end, we ask each participant to stay for the complete duration of the conference- from start until finish.

DO YOUTH LEADERS ACCOMPANYING THEIR GIRLS NEED TO REGISTER AS WELL?
Yes, they do! We need to get a headcount for food reasons and other things as well. Both the girls being brought and their youth leaders need to register. Just indicate that you are a Youth Leader from the quick questionnaire. Parents dropping off do not need to register themselves.

ARE THERE ANY REFUNDS IF PARTICIPANT DECIDES NOT TO ATTEND FOR ANY REASON?
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds. All sales are final regardless of reason not coming. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please read our terms and conditions upon finalizing ticket order.
